Got in a couple of good rides over the long weekend. Barb and I went 23 miles on Sunday then did a 30 mile 4th of July Ride. Here is a pic of Barb out at the Mile Marker #12 on the Alameda Creek Trail yesterday.
Had a nice 4th of July BBQ over at friends Marie and Ron’s new digs in Pleasanton. Even had a real fireworks spectacular until the cops broke things up.

Our baby turns 17 today. She has grown into a beautiful, smart, bright and wonderful young lady. She is limping around due to a minor knee operation last week, but plans to spend the day with friends in Santa Cruz. I love the picture of her from when she learned to wink. As you can see she put a lot of effort into it. She still makes me smile.

A little late in posting with all of our weekend activities but wanted to wish Barb a Happy Happy Birthday! Barb wanted to spend her day at the beach so we loaded up and headed to Santa Cruz on Saturday for a nice relaxing time. Diane met us there and we just kicked it the whole day. Barb still looking good and vowing to do something adventurous next year when she hits the big 5-0. Looking good babe!
