Weekends Like This – Carbo Load
This weekend had been on the calendar for some time. Kate’s senior ball on Saturday then the Strawberry hills bike ride on Sunday. We did however start off the weekend with a bit of carbo loading in preparation for the bike ride. An early dinner reservation Friday at Maggiano’s little Italy at Santana Row in San Jose. We met friends Marie and Ron there and had a great meal, couple of drinks and a few hours for great conversation. Maggiano’s has great Italian food and lots of it. we all kind of shared what we ordered and everything was real good. Always a good time with Marie and Ron. Good food makes it even better!
