Easter Weekend

Had a great weekend. Friday night we said goodbye to Kate as she went with her girlfriend Rebecca and her family to Lake Tahoe for a week of spring skiing at The Ridge. Lucky girl ! Saturday morning we woke early and went for a hike up Mission Peak. Its beautiful up there! Spring has sprung on the peak. Saturday night we made yet another trip to Toto’s pizza with Clan Lewellyn. Three weeks in a row! That should tell you how much we like that pizza. And the Lewellyns!! : ) Easter morning we went to the 10 o’clock mass at Our Lady of Guadalupe. Afterwards, we spent a peaceful day at home. We made a nice brunch, I mowed the lawn, watched Phil Mickelson win the Master’s, the Giants beat the Padres, even read a little. Our Easter feast consisted of Ham, scalloped potatoes and Piselli al Prosciutto. Fudge brownie ice cream for dessert. A blessed Easter !
