Got a call from the Kahuna yesterday asking if I wanted to go see history be made. That could mean only one thing. Going to go see Barry Bonds pass Willie Mays and move to #3 on the all time homer list. How Could I refuse!?

The Kahuna and his brother Joe.
We hooked up with fellow bike rider and friend, Steve Vandenbusch at the park. Its a tradition (and good luck) to touch the toe of the Wille Mays statue outside the park. Doing it tonight took on a more special meaning knowing that the torch had been passed just the evening before, and with one more homer, Barry would be well on his way towards chasing Babe Ruth’s 714. You could feel the excitement in the air
If there are better seats at the park I ‘d like to know about it. Here is our view.
